SocialVids is a social media publishing platform for creators, artists and businesses. Users can upload and manage video and photo content, prepare captions and publishing settings, connect their own social media accounts, and publish approved content to those connected accounts.
Users create their own SocialVids account and connect their own social media accounts through each platform's official authorization process. Each user remains in control of their connected accounts and can disconnect them at any time.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to SocialVids. By using SocialVids, users authorize the platform to process and transmit their selected content to connected third-party social media platforms solely for the purpose of providing the requested publishing service. SocialVids claims no ownership of uploaded content.
Users may only upload and publish content for which they hold the necessary rights (including music rights). Users remain responsible for the content they publish. Content that violates the law or the community guidelines of a connected platform is not permitted.
Content is published to a connected account only after the account owner has authorized the connection and approved the content or the publishing schedule in their SocialVids environment. Users can review, edit and reject prepared posts before publication.
Connected platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube) have their own terms and community guidelines, which apply in addition to these terms. SocialVids complies with the developer terms of each connected platform, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
SocialVids is offered as a monthly subscription (see the website for current pricing). There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts; subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.
The service is provided "as is". Studio Doblo is not liable for the availability or decisions of third-party platforms (such as rejected or removed posts) or for content published by users.
