SocialVids — a service of Studio Doblo · Last updated: September 26, 2026

SocialVids (www.socialvids.eu) is a social media publishing platform for creators, artists and businesses, operated by Studio Doblo. Users upload and manage their own video and photo content, connect their own social media accounts, and publish approved content to those accounts.

1. Data we process

• Account data: name, e-mail address and a salted password hash. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Brand profile: the information a user provides during onboarding (brand name, tone of voice, hashtags, website, contact details, logo, voice-over preferences).
• Media content: photos and videos the user uploads or connects. The user retains full ownership.
• Connected social accounts: account identifiers, basic profile information (such as display name and avatar), access tokens and the permissions granted by the user — used solely to connect the account and publish user-authorized content.
• Usage data: publishing history and status, needed to show the user what was published where.

2. TikTok

SocialVids allows users to connect their TikTok account through TikTok's official authorization process (TikTok Login Kit / OAuth). SocialVids may receive account identifiers, basic profile information, access tokens and permissions granted by the user for the purpose of connecting the account and publishing user-authorized content.

SocialVids does not request TikTok credentials or passwords. Authentication is handled directly by TikTok.

Users may revoke access to their TikTok account at any time through TikTok or through the account connection settings in SocialVids.

SocialVids uses TikTok data only to provide the functionality explicitly requested by the user.

3. How data is stored and protected

• Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to other users or third parties.
• Session authentication uses httpOnly, Secure cookies.
• Data of each customer (brand) is stored separately per account.

4. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell, rent or share user data with third parties.
• We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website.
• We do not publish any content without the account owner's authorization.

5. Retention and deletion
